Financial options.
How patients pay here, and the financing we work with when treatment is larger.
- Cash
- Credit card
- Debit card
- Personal check
- Sunbitfinancing
- CareCreditfinancing
- Cherryfinancing
Three ways to cover treatment.
-
A plan we work with
Bring your member ID and we take it from there. Depending on your plan, frequently there are no out-of-pocket charges. We can bill your insurance directly or give you a standard claim form for reimbursement.
-
Financing
CareCredit and Cherry, so larger treatment can be paid over time instead of all at once.

Elite Dental Plan
Our own in-house plan for patients without dental insurance. Ask the office for the details.
We also see patients without dental insurance. Ask about the Elite Dental Plan, CareCredit and Cherry.
Insurance, answered.
What patients ask before their first visit. Anything else, call (704) 550-3980.
Which dental plans do you work with?
Most major carriers, including Delta Dental, Blue Cross Blue Shield, MetLife, Cigna, Aetna, UnitedHealthcare and Guardian, plus employer plans such as Bank of America and Novant Health. The list is not exhaustive, so call (704) 550-3980 with your plan name.
Do you offer a payment plan?
Yes. We are a CareCredit and Cherry provider, and we have our own Elite Dental Plan for patients without insurance.
What should I bring to my first visit?
Your insurance card if you have one, a photo ID, and a list of any medications you take. If you had x-rays elsewhere recently, ask that office to send them over.
Does insurance cover cosmetic treatment?
As a rule, plans cover treatment that restores function (fillings, crowns, root canals) and exclude purely cosmetic work such as whitening and veneers. Orthodontic benefits for Invisalign vary, so ask about your specific policy.
Now, let’s make an appointment.
